According to the urban dictionary, a meal ticket is someone who seeks fame, fortune and wishes to be showered with gifts in a relationship.
You don’t have to be a nobody to be a meal ticket seeker as there have been plenty of B to D list celebrities that have used their adult dating lives as means to seek fame and fortune by hooking up with a more popular celebrity.
